Trinity Executive Services, Inc. is accepting applications for armed security and unarmed security enforcement officers for accounts located in and around the following Indiana cities: Indianapolis, Carmel, Plainfield, Avon and Greenwood. A high school diploma or GED is NOT required to be employed as a security enforcement officer.

Mission :

Officers typically patrol a given area, either on foot or in a vehicle, to deter criminal and disruptive activity, check IDs, watch CCTV monitors, etc. Company prefers candidates with open availability and who are able to work nights and some weekends. Day-time hours and overtime may be available at time of application. A high school diploma or GED is NOT REQUIRED for employment. Security experience is not required, as classroom training and on-the-job training will be provided.

Officers employed by Trinity Executive Services, Inc. receive paid training, uniforms, weekly paychecks, overtime & holiday pay and bonuses/incentives.

Job Requirements may include but are not limited to:

  • Perform duties and tasks outlined in site post orders and standard operating procedures (SOP)
  • Patrolling, observing and reporting. Officers may be required to complete incident reports and daily shift activity reports, either hand-written or through the use of an electronic device
  • Officer may be required to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time. Officer should be able to climb stairs and navigate uneven surfaces
  • Officer may be required at times to lift or carry items between 10 and 25 lbs (however manual labor is typically not required or involved)

Job Type & Available Shifts:

Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available for:

  1. Availability to work through the week and some weekends during middle or late shift, either on a full-time or part-time basis. Day time hours may also be available at the time of application.
  2. Overtime is typically available each week for officers who want to work more than 40 hours per week

Salary Range :

$14.00 to $17.50 per hour (Starting rates are based on experience & client needs and pay scale. Some sites may pay more than others)

Qualifications :

  1. Have good verbal and written communication skills
  2. Have excellent customer service skills
  3. Have never been convicted of a felony crime
  4. No misdemeanor convictions in the past three years
  5. Be willing to submit to random drug testing and background check
  6. Possess a valid driver’s license
  7. Possess a valid Indiana Permit to Carry a Concealed Weapon (if applying for armed position)
  8. Have dependable transportation
  9. Be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
  10. Be willing to work nights, weekends and/or overtime
  11. Be willing to work anywhere throughout Indianapolis, including Noblesville, Greenwood and surrounding areas
  12. Have a working smartphone to download and use a scheduling application
  13. Be able to speak, read and write English with good grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.
  14. Previous military or security experience preferred
  15. Other client specific prerequisites may be required

 

Location :

Various job sites in Indianapolis and surrounding areas (e.g. Plainfield, Carmel, Greenwood)

Sign-on Bonus (When Available) :

If a Sign-on bonus is offered, it will be paid after 180 days of full-time employment (35 hours or more a week). Bonus will not be paid if the employee fails to report to work for any unexcused reason, does not work an average of 35 hours per week, is the subject of any disciplinary action, receives any derogatory or adverse reports from client management, quits his/her employment prior to 180 days or is no longer able to work the shift or job for which employment was initially offered, is fired or otherwise terminated for a justifiable reason. Do your job, show up for work, conduct yourself in a professional manner and you will receive a $500 bonus!!!
