Trinity Executive Services, Inc. and its sister company, Trinity Security, Inc., will pay you for bringing business to our company. We are a full service security services provider capable of providing law enforcement officers, armed and unarmed officers, assets protection, mobile patrols and investigative services to clients in and around Central Indiana.
Here’s how our referral program works:
- You’re an employee of a business that needs security or you have a friend or family member who needs security for their business or home. Or, you’ve made contact with a company on your own time and discover they have a need and desire for a security officer.
- Bring this information to Trinity Security! You provide us with a contact name, phone number and email address (and business name if available) of a business executive or manager who has authorization to discuss a security contract with our team. This information should be sent to company CEO Brandon Stone at 317-890-1169 ext. 2501. A voice message with this information will suffice
- We will make contact with the individual you referred us to. If, within 60 days, he/she signs a contract for security services with our company, you will be paid a commission.
- The business relationship between you and our security company will remain confidential and will not be discussed with the individual(s) we may contact at the company you referred to us
- Payment to you will be made in the form of a business check after approximately 30 days of service to the client
- Depending on the size of the contract, average referral payments range from $200 to $4,000 per contract. We are only interested in contracts that last at least six-months. Our company does not provide security services for one day events.

We have a very generous & competitive payment scale that should allow for an annual salary with a range of $25,000 to $60,000. With a lifelong 1% residual income (ask us for details), your salary should increase with each year of employment.
