Business Referral Program

Trinity Executive Services, Inc. and its sister company, Trinity Security, Inc., will pay you for bringing business to our company.  We are a full service security services provider capable of providing law enforcement officers, armed and unarmed officers, assets protection, mobile patrols and investigative services to clients in and around Central Indiana.

Here’s how our referral program works:

  1. You’re an employee of a business that needs security or you have a friend or family member who needs security for their business or home. Or, you’ve made contact with a company on your own time and discover they have a need and desire for a security officer.
  2. Bring this information to Trinity Security! You provide us with a contact name, phone number and email address (and business name if available) of a business executive or manager who has authorization to discuss a security contract with our team. This information should be sent to company CEO Brandon Stone at 317-890-1169 ext. 2501. A voice message with this information will suffice
  3. We will make contact with the individual you referred us to.  If, within 60 days, he/she signs a contract for security services with our company, you will be paid a commission.
  4. The business relationship between you and our security company will remain confidential and will not be discussed with the individual(s) we may contact at the company you referred to us
  5. Payment to you will be made in the form of a business check after approximately 30 days of service to the client
  6. Depending on the size of the contract, average referral payments range from $200 to $4,000 per contract.  We are only interested in contracts that last at least six-months. Our company does not provide security services for one day events.

If you would like to work for us as a commission-based sales agent, please contact Brandon at the number listed above or use the contact button in the menu.   We have a very generous & competitive payment scale that should allow for an annual salary with a range of $25,000 to $60,000.  With a lifelong 1% residual income (ask us for details), your salary should increase with each year of employment.

The history of Trinity Executive Services, Inc. goes back nearly 25 years, to a time when most people were still carrying pagers and using phone books. In 1994, cell phones were an expensive luxury that most couldn’t afford, computers used 3.5″ floppy disks and Facebook would have to wait another 10 years to be created!

In 1994, Brandon Stone had just finished five years of active duty service with the United States Marine Corps, three of which was spent with the Department of State, Office of Diplomatic Security. Following a two and a half year deployment to various countries in Europe and Africa, Brandon decided to return to Indiana to seek employment in the security industry.

Within months of returning to Indiana, Brandon met James Nielsen, a Marion County Deputy Sheriff and Michael Moore, a Navy Veteran and former police officer. Jim and Mike and recently started Trinity Executive Services, Inc. and were searching for a business partner to run the company. Brandon accepted their offer of employment and started work the next day.

Death of a Founding Member - James Nielsen

In August of 2016, one of Trinity's founding members, James C. Nielsen, was killed by a drunk driver as he rode his bicycle. The loss of this dear friend and company owner is still felt today. RIP Jim!

New Company - Trinity Security, Inc.

In 2005 the owners of Trinity Executive Services, Inc. created Trinity Security, Inc. This was done for two reasons: (1) we didn't think the name of Trinity Executive Services clearly defined the services we offered (2) at the time insurance was cheaper if armed officers and unarmed officers were put into separate companies. Today, Trinity Executive Services employs our armed officers while Trinity Security employs our unarmed officers.

The Beginning!

Trinity Executive Services, Inc. was founded by two Indiana police officers and a former US Marine, who had just completed a three year assignment with the US Department of State in Europe and Africa. At this point, Trinity had one account, which was Marsh Supermarket. Trinity kept Marsh as a client until they went out of business in 2017.
