How do I schedule an appointment?

Our management team and security professionals are always available to meet with you at our office or a location of your choosing.  To schedule a meeting to discuss a security contract or to receive a free security assessment, please call us at (317) 890-1169 and ask for Brandon Stone, Erin Finney or Terry Proctor.

What uniform do your officers wear?

Officers employed by Trinity may wear three (3) different types of uniforms, depending on the job site and client specifications.  For high profile sites that require a more professional look, officers will be dressed in a dark-blue class “A” uniform.  Officers assigned to warehouses, trucking companies, manufacturing facilities and similar job sites will be dressed in khaki colored tactical pants and a security polo shirt, with duty belt. Traffic control officers will also wear khaki colored tactical pants with a bright lime green security polo.

What are your terms and conditions?

If you are in need of a security officer in Indianapolis or a surrounding city, please call us at (317) 890-1169 and press option #9 and ask for Erin Finney or Brandon Stone.  Our office staff is typically available to assist you between the hours of 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.  Typically services can be setup within 24 hours.  A service agreement, outlining the cost and services to be provided, will be signed by both parties; however, may be cancelled at any time.

How much insurance does Trinity carry?

Trinity Executive Services, Inc., which employs our armed officers, carries a total of $5 million in liability insurance, state required work comp insurance and $1 million in automobile insurance.

Trinity Security, Inc., which employs our unarmed officers, carries a total of $2 million in liability insurance, state required work comp insurance and $1 million in automobile insurance.

Do you provide services for short-term accounts/clients?

Generally speaking, Trinity does provide service and support for short-term contracts.  However, we do not typically staff one day jobs, such as: birthday parties, graduation parties, frat parties, weddings, funerals, etc. There is a four-hour minimum for each shift assigned to our officers.

How long have you been in business?

Trinity Executive Services, Inc. was founded by Indiana Law Enforcement Officers in 1994.  Trinity Security, Inc. was founded by the same owners in 2003. Both companies operate under the same roof with the same management team. Trinity Executive Services employs our armed security staff and Trinity Security employs our unarmed staff.

What are your payment terms?

Our terms for most clients are Net30.  Payments may be made by check, money order, ACH deposit or credit card (a 2.8% service charge is applied for credit card payments).

What is your service area?

Trinity Executive Services, Inc. and our sister company, Trinity Security, Inc., provide armed and unarmed security enforcement officers to individuals and businesses located in the following Indiana cities: Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, Lafayette, Avon, Brownsburg, Plainfield, Greenwood, Anderson, Muncie, Shelbyville, Greenfield, Zionsville, Lebanon and Crawsfordville.  Service outside of this area will be handled on a case-by-case basis and will greatly depend on the size of the account and type of service requested.
