There’s no set timeframe to receive security services. A client who needs one officer for four hours a day, may receive service within 24 hours. Another client who needs an officer 24 hours a day, seven days a week, may need to wait several business days for service. We do our best to provide service within an appropriate and agreeable time frame.
For obvious reasons, we don’t publicize our rates; however, most of our clients have stated that our hourly rates are extremely competitive and typically 5-10% less than our competitors.
Our terms and conditions are very basic. We invoice weekly with Net 30 terms. Our service agreement is good for one year, with automatic renewal unless cancelled prior to renewal. Our services may be by cancelled by Contractor or Client, at anytime, with or without a reason, with a fourteen (14) day written notice. Upon request, we will increase this to a 30-day notice. Our agreement includes an indemnification clause and Clients may be listed as an additional insured.
