According to Wikipedia,
"A finder's fee is the compensation given to an intermediary in a business transaction. Usually, there is a casual relationship between the one party and the intermediary (the finder), another relationship between the finder and the second party, and the two parties of the transaction would not have met if it weren't for the work of the finder."
1. There are certain businesses that, due to insurance restrictions, Trinity Executive Services, Inc. prefers not to provide services to. Examples of such may include businesses involved in the nightclub/bar and adult entertainment industries.
2. Trinity Executive Services, Inc. will not accept a new client if that client is still under a contractual agreement with another security services provider. 3. Trinity Executive Services, Inc. may not accept a new client if that client has in the past neglected to uphold their end of a previous contractual agreement with our company. This includes, but is not limited to, failure to pay in a timely manner.

Allow Us to Handle Your Security Contract
Trinity Executive Services, Inc. has been in business since 1994. During the past sixteen years, our staff has provided security services to nearly every type of business in virtually every type of known industry. Yet, although we take great pride in the number of businesses and individuals we've helped throughout the years, our greatest sense of accomplishment comes from those clients who have remained with us since the very beginning.
As Trinity Executive Services, Inc. continues to prosper and to find new and improved ways to meet and exeed our client's expectations, we cannot forget the community for which we serve. For it is the community and everyone within our community who have provided us, for so many years, with a great deal of strength and support.
As a way of saying thank you to everyone who has referred business to us in the past, Trinity Executive Services, Inc. now offers a "Finder's Fee" to anyone who finds it in the best interest of all parties involved to refer business to our company. The Finder's Fee Program is currently being offered for clients and/or accounts in Central Indiana.

Who is eligible to receive a finder's fee?
- Home Owners
- Store Managers
- Business Owners
- Facilities Managers
- Security Coordinator
- Apartment Managers
- Third Parties, not Associated with Above
Before we may begin to negotiate a security contract, the Management Staff of Trinity Executive Services, Inc. must be put in touch with a decision maker who can walk the contract through the entire process, to include the execution of said contract. If a non-affiliated third party knows of a security contract that may be up for bid, or knows of a company that may be dissatisfied with their current security services provider, he or she may bring that information to Trinity Executive Services, Inc. (with a contact name and number) and qualify for a Finder's Fee.
A Finder's Fee will ONLY be paid to a qualifying individual or party if the client in need of service executes a contract for security services for a period of not less than one year. A Finder's Fee will be paid out in three (3) sequential monthly installments. All or part of the Finder's Fee may be surrendered in the event of a breach of contract.
A Finder's Fee will be paid to whomever brings a new client to Trinity Executive Services, Inc. Thus, as an example, an apartment manager who initiates a contract for services with Trinity Executive Services, Inc. will receive the Finder's Fee. If the apartment manager wishes for the check to be cut to the apartment complex, the check will be made payable to the apartment complex.
Depending on the size and monetary value of the account, typical Finder's Fees will range between $100 and $5,000.
